A man named Daniel Howland decided to tattoo his calf with a picture that has recently made public a scene. The reason, he tattooed his calf with a picture of "The Dress". Daniel revealed he was doing this because it's initially look dress with white gold and then change to blue black. "I really can not believe it and frustrating. Because of that I think it would be fun if the dress tattooed on my leg," he said. "Some of my friends think I'm stupid enough to do this. But my parents think this is really funny.
